Q: Can I drink too much Kombucha?

A: You can drink too much of anything. As delicious as it is, we recommend not drinking more than 16 oz. of Kombucha per day. There's simply no nutritional advantage to consuming more than that amount and your tummy will likely not feel good! Additionally, the small amounts of sugar and caffeine can start to add up if you drink too much. Just keep in mind the old adage "everything in moderation."
