How Do I Use Them? 1) Drop jalapeño pieces straight into a second fermentation bottle or growler 2) Make into a simple syrup and add to second fermentation 3) Steep and concentrate into a tea, allow to cool, and add to your second fermentation
How Much Do I Use? Use ½ - 1 teaspoon per 16 oz of kombucha, based on your heat tolerance
