Cranberry Spice Kombucha

This Cranberry Spice Kombucha from The Wild Gut not only tastes great, but comes packed with probiotics to help fuel digestion. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 64 oz kombucha
  • 1 ½ cups fresh cranberries
  • 8 whole cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks, cracked
  • 1 TBSP fresh grated or crystalized ginger

DIREСTIONS:

Add cranberries, cloves, cinnamon sticks and ginger to bottles or growler, then add kombucha so there’s no more than an inch of space at the top. Let sit for 24-48 hours at room temp. Then chill, strain and enjoy!

Makes 4 16oz bottles of kombucha or 1 half-gallon growler
