Blood Orange Italian Soda Kombucha

  • 16 oz kombucha
  • 1-2 TBSP blood orange juice
  • 2 leaves fresh sage, roughly chopped
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • Optional: add ½ tsp fresh grated or crystalized ginger or clove


Add ingredients to a 16oz bottle, seal tightly, and store in a warm, dark place for 2-4 days. When kombucha is flavored and fizzy enough, transfer to the fridge. Strain and enjoy!
