Sparkling Cranberry Kombucha Mocktail

Give this festive, alcohol-free libation a seat at your holiday table. Tart, lightly spicy, and with a gratifying touch of natural sweetness, the whole family can get in the holiday spirit, and get in their probiotics while they’re at it!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 oz ginger kombucha*
  • 3 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • Cranberries and rosemary (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes

Makes 1 kombucha mocktail 

DIREСTIONS:

*To make ginger kombucha, add 1 tsp of fresh grated ginger or crystalized ginger during your second fermentation. 

To prepare your mocktail, add ginger kombucha, cranberry juice, and honey or syrup into a glass and stir until combined. Pour the drink into a serving glass over ice. Garnish as desired with whole cranberries and a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!
