Makes 1 kombucha mocktail
*To make ginger kombucha, add 1 tsp of fresh grated ginger or crystalized ginger during your second fermentation.
To prepare your mocktail, add ginger kombucha, cranberry juice, and honey or syrup into a glass and stir until combined. Pour the drink into a serving glass over ice. Garnish as desired with whole cranberries and a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!
