By purchasing wholesale products from The Kombucha Shop, LLC, Purchasers agree to not sell The Kombucha Shop products, including Kombucha Brewing Kits, on third party websites, including, but not limited to www.amazon.com, or to third-party distributors. The purchaser of wholesale products may sell The Kombucha Shop products on their own online retail store or in their own physical retail space. Purchaser(s) consent to the following Terms and Conditions: The Kombucha Shop (USA), LLC's (herein after "TKS" and/or "Seller") acceptance of Purchaser's orders is expressly made conditional on Purchaser's assent to these terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by all parties, the terms and conditions set forth on this wholesale purchaser agreement, order confirmation and/or invoice supersede the terms and conditions of the Purchaser's purchase order(s) and will govern all transaction between the Purchaser and the Seller. These terms and conditions also apply to all future transactions unless modified in writing signed by all parties. Seller specifically rejects any terms or provisions which set any standards, specifications or damages related to quality and time of delivery or which contradict or purportedly claim to supersede these terms and conditions. Purchaser's acceptance of goods delivered by Seller in conjunction with an invoice, credit/buyer application, or order confirmation is an acknowledgment by Purchaser of its acceptance of these terms and conditions.
