We teamed up with our good friends at Quince & Apple, experts in small-batch syrups and preserves, to bring you this handcrafted kombucha flavoring syrup. Made with organic cane sugar, it’s 100% non-gmo and has half the sugar of conventional syrups. Better yet, over the course of a four to five day second fermentation, the yeasts in your kombucha will convert the majority of those sugars into carbonation, leaving you with a low-sugar, fizzy and flavorful booch.

This first-of-its-kind product makes it easy for busy homebrewers to quickly and easily flavor their second fermentation. No more shopping for specific ingredients or peeling and processing fresh produce – we did that part for you! Starting with fruits, veggies, herbs and spices, we juiced and concentrated the ingredients down to create a real food syrup that both reduces food waste and provides easily digestible sugars your second fermentation needs to gain that highly sought after carbonation.

Best of all, there’s no more straining pieces of fruit out of your kombucha before you drink it! Simply flavor, wait, and enjoy.
