Our sugar is ethically grown in Brazil using the strictest organic and fair trade standards. Made from freshly squeezed organic cane juice, the sugar is evaporated and crystallized the same day it is harvested. Vegan, Kosher, Non-GMO and USDA Organic Certified.

Our Original Kombucha Tea Blend delivers a smooth, medium body, combining the citrusy notes of Single Estate Ceylon Black and the smoky, earthy tones of Wuyi Oolong. It's traditional kombucha straight up—offering a clean and delicious brew on its own or the perfect base for future flavoring during second fermentation.

This set has all that is required to create 5 gallons of classic, great tasting kombucha.
