Blackberry Lavender Kombucha Float

Nothing beats cooling off with a good old-fashioned float. This recipe from Life and Thyme is a fun twist on the traditional recipe.


  • 16 oz kombucha
  • ⅓ cup crushed fresh blackberries
  • 1 TBSP dried lavender buds
  • Vanilla ice cream


Add the blackberry and lavender to a 16 oz bottle of kombucha and seal tightly. Store at room temperature for 2-4 days, then transfer to the fridge to cool. Strain, then serve on top of your favorite vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!

Makes 2 kombucha floats.
