Mint Ginger Lemonade

Mint is exhilarating and ginger is energizing. Combine them with some freshly squeezed lemon juice and you've got yourself a refreshing booch that is sure to wake you up in the morning. To add a depth to your mint flavor, try using our Mint Kombucha Tea Blend for the initial fermentation.


  • 16 oz kombucha
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped or crystalized ginger
  • Juice from ½ a lemon
  • ½ tsp sugar (or honey or maple syrup)
  • Handful of mint leaves slightly muddled to release the flavor


Add the ingredients above to a 16 oz bottle. Add brewed kombucha, seal tightly, and move to a dark, warm place. Ferment for 2-4 days, and chill and strain before serving!

Makes one 16 oz bottle of kombucha
