Pumpkin Spiced Kombucha

Combine all ingredients and split equally between two 16 oz second fermentation bottles. Fill the bottles with kombucha so there is just 1-2 inches of space at the top. Store at room temperature for 2-4 days before transferring to the fridge. Strain, serve, and enjoy!

Makes 2 16 oz bottles of kombucha.
